• Providing quality afterschool tutoring for students in disenfranchised, underserved and marginalized communities who are no more than two grade levels in their current grade and in jeopardy of not being promoted to the next grade.

• Providing a space where students can gain knowledge and understanding of the world of engineering.  “Robo Camp” enables our students to work on modules in a group setting that offers a glimpse into a possible career pathway in engineering.  They work together that strengthens their reading comprehension, following directions, and hands-on experience to building.  Their experiences are heightened when they move from module to module only after completion of the module they have worked on.
